Clean and convenient rooms, in a good location. We met the staff as we were checking out and they were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that we arrived in a heatwave and the rooms are not airconditioned. There were lots of places to eat in the area. Our room had a kitchenette, good for basic food preparation.

checking in was difficult. nobody was there upon arrival, door was locked. i had to call someone offsite to help check me in. self-check in wasn’t operational. called again to reboot system. staff sent an email requesting i pay again for my reservation i’ve already booked. bed came with one comforter, base price was for two adults. staff digitally requested that i pay an extra $10 per night per person. all was eventually resolved but it was one after another.

Ich war für eine Nacht im Stayery Cologne Ehrenfeld. Die Lage war top, nur 5 Minuten vom Bf Ehrenfeld und zu diversen Konzerthallen entfernt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Es war zudem äußerst leise, ich habe kaum etwas von anderen Hotelgästen mitbekommen. Es ist natürlich etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, ohne Personal einzuchecken, hat aber reibungslos funktioniert. Am nächsten Morgen jedoch begegnete mir sehr freundlich grüßendes Personal. Daher kann ich nur positiv über das Hotel berichten. Klare Empfehlung, hier zu übernachten!

Wir hatten Probleme beim Check-in, die dann nach mehrfachem Anrufen behoben werden konnten. Weil das Zimmer sehr warm war und der Ventilator kaum geholfen hat, mussten wir nachts bei offenem Fenster schlafen - durch den Club direkt in der Straße wars aber so laut, dass wir kaum schlafen konnten. Design der Zimmer, Anbindung und Umgebung waren gut.
