The room’s a/c unit didn’t work. The bathtub is extremely dangerous. I’m very fit and I almost slipped getting in and out several times. Don’t expect great customer service. I’d probably stay almost anywhere else.

Very nice

We stayed here to see Christmas markets in Cologne. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Location was not really directly near the center of the city action, however it was a ten minute walk to the train into Cologne. We also used the gym. It was very basic, but worked. Our only complaint was the room being too hot (in December).

We Chose the Hotel because is a couple of Meters away from Lanxes Arena. We stayed 1 night. The garage has music so for 2 women traveling alone in the dark the music was great. The hotel smells clean and has a wonderful lobby and Bar. Our room has lots of space and we had each of us a small bed. Was ok but you could move the bed quite easy the bath was good but the tube with the shower was difficult to “jump inside”. Older people will find it difficult. We had 10:30 and check out is 12:00 noon and the room service went inside our room without knocking before. We were the night out for a concert so was quite strange. Anyway the hotel is well located and nice.
