Perfect location, right next to the train station. Some supermarkets and lots of restaurants nearby, very convenient. Lots of varieties for breakfast and food were good. We stayed in premium triple beds room, very spacious. We left behind a bunny toy in the room on the day we check out. Staff replied in email that they didn't find it next day.

Comfortable and convenient hotel for a short visit to Koln for a couple of days with my son. Great choice of food in the hotel breakfast buffet, although there were also good local cafe options a short walk from the hotel too. Easy to walk into the city centre (15-25 mins walk) to the major tourist areas/sights. Hotel has a decent amount of on-site parking, although it costs €23 Euros per day, and the entrance to it does involve you having to go around the back of the hotel and down a one-way side road to get to it. We took a wrong turn initially, so had to do another loop to access it. We stayed on the top (17th floor) and there was a great view of the river & skyline from the room. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

We booked 1 double and 1 twin room. The Rooms are tiny. Just enough room for the bed and no where to store a suitcase. Barely enough room to walk past. The room with the twin beds had a clear stain on the carpet which clearly needed to be replaced. The hotel location is OK, 15min walk to city centre. The carpark is competitive at €22 a night and seems secure. I had no issues when parking. The hotel has an onsite shop which sells water and drinks which was convenient.
