Clean room, room service everyday with clean towels, bathroom etc, centrally located close to everything in Cologne. Very friendly staffs. We were traveling from US and forgot to bring our power adapter for EU. Staffs were very kind to share the power adapter with us. I would recommend this place in a beat.

This is a basic no frills hotel. Clean, comfortable and a good location especially for Christmas markets, which is what we came to koln for. Central station is about an 10 min walk. Excellent location and the staff is probably the friendliest people in koln.

Our family had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent; it’s just a short walk to the main train station, the Cologne Cathedral, and the heart of the city. Staff were great and helpful at all times. Took a star off because the elevator was broken for 2 days out of our stay. There is a great Chinese buffet placee next to the hotel and it was close to the shopping district as well.
