Clean modern room, very comfortable. Located on a busy road - junction however no noise inside, a quiet stay. Staff are super helpful and friendly when needed. A short walk from shops and main city centre. A great stay and would highly recommend

This hotel is very close to one of the tram stations. You could walk to the main station as well. The hotel was clean and the rooms were sufficiently large enough.

Really liked how it was self service, very easy, beautiful rooms felt so fancy. We had a small issue with our TV, emailed the help desk at 10.30pm and by 10.35 we had a staff member there helping us. Incredible.

Liked the location, clean and tidy, air conditioning worked well. Large bathroom. Maybe needs a table/shelf in the room. Nice touch with the self service breakfast at a reduced cost.

Good stay, nice decor and easy to cast onto TV. Shower is okay, towels thin and okay same with pillows okay. But the rooms are nice. would be good to have tea or coffee facilities in the room. Josephine checked us in earlier which we appreciated!

Cool vibe at hotel, minimal staff but well taken care of. Only complaint is no parking on site, otherwise fantastic experience. Lockers to store your stuff are available until your room is ready.

This is a great hotel, with large comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, innovative solution and modern design . Love it and will definitely come back . But it is a no service staff hotell and 20 min walk from the central train station (hauptbahnhof) and Cologne Cathedral, which for me is a small price to pay for everything else the hotel has to offer . Highly recommended . Will definitely come back

Very good for a budget stay

Great room for a budget stay. Room was clean and comfortable, and very quiet despite the main road outside (good double glazing). Close to an underground station, and onlly 10 minutes' walk to Neumarkt - a big shopping area with a Lidl and Aldi. The "no staff" element seems a little odd, but the check-in worked well and there's a large, warm comfortable lounge area downstairs. WiFi is rapid. Only downside - linked to no staff - was who to contact with requests (we didn't have akettle in our room, for instance). Other than that, would definitely stay again, and will look out for more Koncept hotels around Europe.

Enjoyed the space and the ease of entry without keys- beds were comfy and the bathroom facilities like rain head shower and towel warmer elevated the experience. Appreciated the hairdryer that actually worked and mirror lighting- felt like I could wash and dry my hair nicely. Thanks

Location was good, all the rest was terrible. In particular, the soundproofing is really bad. For all night the people next to us were partying, drinking, shouting, shutting doors, singing, listening to loud music. They did not stop in their room but took all the noise in the corridor too, all night long. Clearly they were also drunk, so any attempt to speak to them was useless and with so many drunk people in the hotel, making noise at all hours, security for other guests is also a concern. The fact that there is no hotel personnel clearly does not help at all. I will certainly never book this hotel again in my life

Great concept and idea with self-service check in. Comfortable beds and overall nice room. Great locatoon close enough to the main sites and cathedral. I would not stay again, only due to feeling disappointed in the customer service received during our stay. After just a few hours in our room, the roof was leaking through the light fitting leaving a large puddle on the floor. We weren’t given the option to change rooms and were handed a large pile of towels to clean up the mess. After contacting customer service again the next day and expressing our concern were we changed to another room. Staff were aware of the issue and were not apologetic at all. We explained our disappointment in the service received and overall experience however no follow up or compensation was given.

Das Zimmer mit Doppelbett ist spartanisch eingerichtet, das Bett bequem. Mein Zimmer ging zur Strasse hin und war durch die 3 Fenster sehr hell. Am Boden lagen 2 etwas eklige Teppiche, die ich lieber nicht berühren wollte. Einziger Luxus ist eine Kaffeekapselmaschine. Das Bad ist relativ gross und bietet genügend Ablegefläche. Auch die Dusche ist gross. Die App zum Öffnen der Hoteltür und des Zimmers ist sehr praktisch. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuss im Zentrum. Der Preis war an meinem Buchungstag sehr hoch im Vergleich mit 4* Hotels, die ich sonst in Köln buche.
