Horrible Technology that doesn’t work

Overpriced, in the middle of nowhere, nobody present. Online login didn’t work. Had to call multiple times to get in. Their system couldn’t send me a text or even an email. Hard to type in the 9 digit code in poorly lit hallway on a lousy keyboard that is so low that I had to kneel. Can’t get to this hotel with public transport

Sehr freundlicher Host, der uns einen früheren Check-in ermöglicht hat. Das Hotel ist sauber, es war nicht laut trotz Wochenende und absolut zufriedenstellend.

Mein Aufenthalt im Roos Hotel Bergheim

Ich war schon früher angereist und hätte schon früher auf das Zimmer gemußt. Das Freischalten des Zimmer war etwas fragile. Man braucht gute Augen, ruhige Finger und ausreichen Licht. Ist man dann im Zimmer, hat man eine gute, saubere Unterkunft. Nur mit dem Frühstücken in der ca. 100 m entfernten Bäckerei, hat wohl jemand Probleme mit dem einschätzen von Entfernungen gehabt. Ich war zufrieden.
