A hidden gem hidden in a dark sketchy place. However, once you get there, the lady at the front made me trust people again. She was so nice and helpful, spoke english, and offered advice on what not to do. It was a beautiful room and spacious. The breakfast was amazing! I would love to stay here again, should i return! Highly recommend

Clean, comfortable room, friendly stuff, but they mean nothing, if you cannot sleep because of a wedding celebration in the same Courtyard. Event location sticked to the same Building. Full of people around and in the hotel until 1.30 am. No free parking space because of hundreds of guest cars. It was a bad surprise and hard to believe.

Hotel rooms are nice, modern and clean. Breakfast is nice and reception desk is kind. However, it is in a remote area of Cologne and if you do not have a car, you will have serious problems about transportation. There is no restaurants nearby.. secondly the wifi did not function properly throughout my stay..

major disruptive noise issue at hotel

the hotel rooms were acceptable but most rooms windows faced out into a horse shoe shaped courtyard which was the entry point for a large events hall within the hotel complex. During my stay of 4 nights there were events on there every night lasting to the early hours of the morning with a great deal of noise making it impossible to sleep. people were also drinking and making noise in this courtyard as well as noise when departing with bibbing vehicle horns. In summary a terrible location for a hotel. I have submitted a sepearte email claim to hotel copied to hotels.com. It is the hotels responsibility to inform guests by way of hotels.com or directly if necessary of these potential issues at time of booking. I recieved no such advice.

Confort et propreté. Bon petit déjeuner. Proche de tramway direct vers le centre ville. Prix correct par rapport au centre ville. Par contre, les environs de l'hôtel sont très industriels... rien de folichon... Mais, grâce au tramway, vous êtes à 40 minutes du centre. Et on peut se garer en face de l'hôtel et c'est gratuit.

Es ist ziemlich abgelegen aber es gibt Straßenbahnen die von A nach B bringen… die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet… an und für sich war es auf den ersten Blick sauber aber in den Ecken befanden sich Spinnengewebe und vereinzelt Krümel auf dem Teppich und auf dem Bettlaken war ein Fleck… die Betten sind etwas hart… im Badezimmer Mülleimer war noch Müll drinnen (Damenbinde) was schon eklig war… Großer Pluspunkt geht an den Lieferservice der ins Hotelzimmer lieferte… übers Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen da wir keins mit geordert haben… für 105€ ohne Frühstück schon etwas teuer für eine Nacht…
