Perfectly located hotel in the heart of Cologne at Rudolfsplatz. It is clean and has everything that is needed for a short stay. Great value for money!

Nice hotel, good location

Happy with location, lost of places all around for food and drinks, tram stop close by so easy to get around, or only 24 minute walk from train station. Room has everything you need. We didnt have a view as looked out on a stairwell but this was a short sightseeing trip so view not needed as only in room to sleep.

Had a wonderful stay. Friendly front desk team. Everything was perfect. Only suggestion is to provide two pillows in the single rooms, but I’m sure I could have asked for one.

OK, basic room, clean and nice bathroom, and an ok bed. No fridge or safe, and a very flat pillow. Location very close to shopping area, nightlife, and various cafe's. About 20 min stroll through shopping streets to the Dom and Main train station (only 1 minut walk to local train station).

The staff at the check in was unfriendly. The room was very small but in good conditions (business room). The bed is a single very small bed with a too big pillow. On the day of the check out the elevator was broken so I had to make the stairs up and down without any help.

Be careful what rooms you are getting when you stay here. We had the smallest oldest rooms in the roof of the building which they don’t show on the website. Looks good from online but in reality not pleasant. Also breakfast very average.

Nie wieder!

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but this time was a particularly unpleasant experience due to a receptionist who made threats toward my husband and later myself. Guests should never have to suffer because your hotel system is incapable of grouping two separate reservations! On top of that, the prices for this hotel have skyrocketed, yet you get nothing in return—quite the opposite, actually. The (non-renovated business) room we stayed in was spacious but poorly laid out, with a small TV, dirty carpet, towels that smelled bad, and plastic cups in the bathroom. To make matters worse, we had only lukewarm water to shower with throughout our entire stay, no matter what time of night it was. Our friends stayed in a renovated business room, but it was three times smaller, incredibly dark, and they couldn’t sleep because of street noise all night long. Breakfast is supposed to run until 11 a.m. on weekends, but if you arrive at 10:15, there’s nothing left, and what’s still there is dried out and unappetizing. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the cheaper parking and a convenient location. However, for just a little more, there are far better hotels in the same area. We’ve learned our lesson and will never return here, nor will we recommend it to our friends.
