Das Hotel ist solide, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Umgebung kann sehr laut sein und selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster noch stören.

Loved it

I arrived at the hotel on a last minute reservation as I had changed hotels. I was given a tiny room that was on the top floor and only had a balcony door to open for air, no window. I was really ok with the size but it bothered me that the balcony also communicated with 4 other rooms meaning if I wanted to leave the door open for some air (no AC) then anyone in the connecting rooms could come in my room from the balcony. Once I mentionned my concern to Samir, the agent at the front desk, he promptly changed my room with one that has a normal window and on a less higher floor, so less warm. The room was great and really confortable. The location is also amazing! The hotel is super clean, renovated and has 2 amazing Asian restaurants like almost right downstairs, so very convenient.

Für eine Nacht völlig okay. Mitarbeiterin beim Check in war sehr freundlich. Hatten Doppelzimmer zum Hof, dadurch ruhig. Lage sehr gut, man erreicht alles zu Fuss oder per Bahn.

Grest location. Wifi poor

Staff very helpful. No kettle in the room but reception would give you a large pot of boiling water, tea and a cup to take to the room. I woukd stsy again if they improved the wifi. Could not book train or airline tickets as connection would spin and time out. Oddly netflix buffering could mostly handle the poor connection

Otel çevresi oldukça hareketli olduğu için, tek gecelik konaklamamızda burayı tercih ettik. Dışarıda vakit geçirdikten sonra iyi bir uyku için yürüyerek otele dönmek çok rahat oldu. Odalar oldukça sıcaktı, ancak gece kalorifer belli bir saatte kapanıp sabah erkenden tekrar açıldı. Biz üşümedik ama bilgi olarak eklemek istedim. Ek olarak bizim odamızdaki elektronik kasa bir şekilde çalışmıyordu ama bu da çok sorun değil. Genel olarak memnun kaldık, Belgisches Viertel civarına gidersek tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir yer, teşekkürler.

Tegenvallende ervaring

We kregen een kleine kamer waar toilet stuk was en er werd heel moeilijk gedaan over een andere kamer. Receptioniste gaf bijna ons de schuld. Uiteindelijk kregen we een nieuwe kamer maar niet van harte. De douche van de nieuwe kamer werd ook niet echt warm. De ervaring vonden wij jammer.

Otelin kaldığımız odası 1kisi için bile çok dar ve karanlıktı. Otelde özellikle yastık ve diğer malzemelerde temizlik yoktu. Banyo ve olanakları kötüydü. Sadece resepsiyonist Hülya hanım çok yardimseverdi. Bunun dışında asla kalmam. Not: Frankfurt'da Tripİnn de kaldığım için aynı zincirde olan bu oteli tercih ettim. Verdiğim parayı kesinlikle hak etmedi.
