Clean, comfortable hotel in a nice area of the city. There were many restaurants and historical sights within walking distance. Also, a train station was directly outside with S-bahn and Tram connections so it was easy to reach other areas of the city.

Very large and comfortable room with good clean facilities. There was no coffe maker or kettle though which seemed a bit odd for a 4-star hotel. Nevertheless, the locarion was great with just a short walk into the city centre and next to a S-bahn station, just one stop from the main railway station.

Was here for a quick stay in Cologne. The rooms are huge! Really spacious. I was in the station side unfortunately, which meant it was a bit noisy. That was the only big draw back. Breakfast was great, service friendly, parking garage is a bit tight (you don't want to drive an SUV here) but that's pretty common in Europe. Overall, I'd stay again.

The property was clean, the rooms were large, the staff was mostly nice. We couldn’t get a family room so they gave us two rooms next to each other. Unfortunately the rooms were right beside the train tracks, train’s actually made things rattle in our room. With the windows closed the sounds was reduced significantly but we still needed earplugs. I’m sure the staff would have moved us if we had requested, but we were already settled so one more night didn’t justify packing up again. Lots of bakery’s nearby for breakfast. We didn’t sample the breakfast at the hotel, but I’m sure it was very good. I’d stay there again

I did not like the hotel, depots friendly staff in the reception. I booked family room, supposedly two connecting rooms, but they were wide apart, so I let go one, despite paying for two.

Booked two Superior Double Room for six nights, one of the room was not supplied with kettle, tea and coffee. Asked the reception, they said they have upgraded us for one of the rooms which provided kettle, tea and coffee. So the result was I paid that much money for Superior Double room with no kettle provision. For the TV, most of the channels did not have signal and cannot be watched. On the third day, the housekeeper did not top up coffee and tea, went down to ask the reception and they said they will get us some in a minutes. I waited all night and it did not happen. I was not impressed with this hotel. There is no lobby next the reception area, only a reception desk. To me, it does not look like a 4 star hotel.

Allergiker und Personen mit Asthma, sollten vorsichtig sein. Meine Freundin hat Allergie ihr rechtes Auge wurde dick und geschwollen und am Ende hat sie auch Atem Probleme gehabt. Mussten das Zimmer daher frühzeitig verlassen, das Personal hat uns angeboten, dass Zimmer zu wechseln hatten aber keine Lust mehr gehabt bevor es schlimmer wurde. Alles leider nach dem wir auf dem Zimmer waren. Das Zimmer an sich war gut, leider viel zu warm da die Belüftung/Klima nicht funktioniert hat und mussten mit offenem Fenster und aufhalten.

Excelente ubicación a sólo una parada de la estación central y al lado del metro y tren. Es muy conveniente y las habitaciones son amplias, sin ruido. Un 10 de 10!
