Stephanie the night time clerk on fridays And Saturdays was the best thing about this trip . When we booked we was told the property had full breakfast and access to the pool when we arrived the pools closed for repairs and they only offer toast fruit oatmeal and cereal for breakfast that started a few weeks ago . We stuck it out but def won’t be back to this location .

Unfortunately we were underwhelmed with this property. When we arrived we were surprised that the pool was out of advertised. When I inquired about it to the staff they said that they took it off their amenity list but the pool is still listed in their images which is confusing. Our hotel room was definitely run down, broken office chair, missing remote for the TV, chipped paint and scratches all over the room, almost looks like dog scratches. Something to keep in mind, the breakfast offered was minimal. Unfortunately we would not return.

One thing I liked is that the rooms were larger than your typical hotel room. The staff were super nice and cleaning crew was on top of things. However, I was disappointed in the breakfast. Basically just a waffle and juice. The bathroom was dated but pretty clean. The floors in the entire room need mopping. The pool is closed which I did not know until arrival. I probably will not stay here again.

The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very sad. Waffles, bagels, bread, yogurt, and cereal. No protein options making it diabetic unfriendly. The pool was out of order. The bathroom counter is small and crowded with cups, Kleenex, ice bucket, and other various items. The shower didn’t have any shelving so all shampoo, conditioner, soap etc had to be put on the floor.

Fantastic stay

For the price, it was fantastic! Inviting smells when you walked in the door! The staff was so nice! My aunt and I were on our way to Wisconsin to be with my mom because my dad had passed away. I accidentally left my jacket in the room and called to see if they had found it. They did, kept it for me and I retrived it on our stay back home. I was so grateful! The room was clean and had everything needed. Will definitely stay there again!
