We had a great stay overall. The staff who greeted us were very friendly and welcoming. When we walked in, the hotel smelled clean and looked very well kept. Our room was clean, and the beds were nice and soft, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The pool area was also clean and well maintained. The only downside to our stay was some rowdy guests that made things a little loud at times, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Other than that, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying again.

The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was good. I had requested room cleaning service but was told there wasn't enough staff so we never had our room cleaned. We did get fresh towels but only after returning the dirty towels to the front desk. Overall, our stay was fine but slightly inconvenient. If you are looking for a relaxing pampered kind of stay this is not the place.
