We were traveling Route 66 and our first stop was the Gateway Arch. This hotel was convenient loc a Ted directly across the river from the arch plus the casino gave us something fun to do at night. Parking was great, right next to hotel!

The staff was great and the the entrance was nice. But the room lamp shades were all scratched up and walls all marked up and the chair had some stuff on it when we got there. The toliet clogged to shortly after but the staff was great and very helpful.

Conveniently located close to downtown St. Louis. Room was not necessarily dirty but more unkept. Tv was the size of a playing card on a giant wall with holes around it like they had an old bigger one at some point. Things like that. Staff was friendly but I truly did not feel safe. The parking lot is blocked in all directions, the pool is not open, requested two queen beds and received a queen and rollaway bed, one elevator does not work, staff didn’t greet guests at all. The room wasn’t dirty so that was a plus. Tiles in the bathroom are not secured to the sub floor. The shower curtain was not wide enough for the curved shower bar and water leaked everywhere.
