“Great village pub in a quiet village, rooms are great and have everything you need - nice touch of breakfast cereals, milk, yogurts and fruit for breakfast. Staff are all very helpful. The pub has an excellent food menu with lots of choices, we had our evening meal here. A great nights stay before we headed for Le Shuttle which was only 40 minutes away, an ideal stopover to start our trip.”

“Our room itself was clean and quite adequate. Not very quiet though, music carried thru the pipes and arguments in the hallways were very audible. The carpet in some of the hallways needed cleaning. The key cards never worked more than once and had to be replaced about every time we left the room. The layout of the hotel was also strange with a lot of switch backs through corridors to reach the lobby.”

“The property was in a fairytale house in a magical location. All the little extra touches - such as bathrobes and slippers. daily complimentary water, chocolate etc - were truly the icing on the cake. The staff showed a real pride in working at the Castle and truly helped to set the atmosphere. Check-in and out were brilliant. The restaurant was superb with a jaw-dropping view of the Castle and sumptuous breakfast. If you think I seem enthusiastic it is because I am!”

El precio, El personal muy poco amigable. La única persona amable, Mina de Recepción por la mañana.”
