Clean rooms, great customer service from both cleaners and front desk especially Ivy making sure we’re alright. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The cleaners came everyday to check on if we needed clean towels. Food was always fresh and healthy. No dirty and luxurious and peaceful.

The hotel and staff were good. The hotel is at a great location unfortunately for me when I booked my room it was supposed to be on the 3rd floor but I was given a room underground with no view at all.

Bathroom floor, faucets and light switches needed a better wipe down. The ac/heater smelled so mildewy. We turned off the AC to avoid the smell.Moisture is a definite issue in the rooms. The mattress leaned to the side, but still comfortable. The room itself and the bedding was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was well stocked. Convenient location to UMD was great. We walked to campus on the park paths. Cheap parking on site.

The room was big enough for a wheelchair user. Everything was good; only the bed was a little bit uncomfortable, maybe because my husband and I are used to using a firm mattress. The breakfast was good, and it was a clean room. I called the receptionist about the air conditioner, and it took a while before someone answered my call. I tried twice, actually. The lady who came was nice and helpful. All in all it was a good place to stay. The location was excellent for us.
