The hotel staff was very helpful when I arrived, upon entering my room I noticed my bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The young man at the desk was not helpful at all even lied and said no more rooms were available, which was not true. The manager was called and she immediately apologized switched me into a better room, gave us free breakfast and free drinks at the bar. She was excellent even checked on us later. Overall my stay was very good. The hotel is tucked away which made it quiet and peaceful. It’s located close to restaurants and shops. And, the warm cookies at arrival were delicious. I definitely would stay here again.

Unfortunately, although the staff was extremely nice the property is not great. Definitely needs work. The hall and room smelled moldy. Hopefully they do a reno soon

Check in experience was horrible. I asked for early check in which they didnt do, then i kept asking if it was ready and she kept saying no. So i left to get coffee. My friend came in and got her room before me! And she booked a week after me! I told her i was Hilton Gold member too! Staff needs to be better trained.

Appliances weren’t plugged up Tv had physical damage and hard to see Both elevators out of service and I have knee issues- only way to get anywhere is outside and around or through the pool area, which is a fall hazard Bathtub dirty Very noisy Pungent smell of chlorine Ac unit not working and heat option ended up with nasty burnt/smokey smell Staff were nice.
