1. Get there and they do not even have our room available that we had guaranteed with purchase….was given a one king bed instead of a fully accessible two queen beds….so two people had to sleep on the floor on an air mattress…and on top of that, they didn’t even have the air mattress, they had to go borrow it from a different hotel because the first one they gave us was one twin size they had and wouldn’t stay inflated!!!
2. Get into the room and it smells gross and extremely musty!!! Had to crank air up and let the room air out.
3. Get into the shower and there are pubic hairs all over the side of the shower. Absolutely disgusting.
We brought up our frustrations with the front desk and they didn’t do anything about it. We booked through Expedia/Hotels.com and have to submit a claim through them because they are not willing to give us our money back even though Expedia reached out to get a refund. Terrible service and we will never go back!!
