Hotel was pretty decent. Staff assisted promptly. They offer a pickup service to and from room when requested if a driver is available. Supposed free drinks in casino (as told by hotel staff during checkin), but on my last day encountered a problem in the casino about hotel guests not allowed drinks unless playing in casino. Room was clean, but bathroom door was off the hinge and wouldn’t close not a big issue for me though. Lots of amenities to use and 3 restaurants on site not included. Nice views the balcony bed was dirty though.

Room was clean, didn't realize all the rooms are suites, perfect view of the bay every morning. Food at all four restaurants excellent. Staff was amazing especially each time I needed a cab.

I stayed here during the dates of 09/2/2026- 09/06/2926. The staff was GREAT, the food and drinks was really good, and they hosted Latin Night and that was LIT a lot of people came to party at the resort. However, it is not a resort. More like a hotel, the room was not that clean, they need new towels, new couches because mine was tore up I didn't even sit on it, they need a lot of upgrades, the room had a stench of piss the whole time but air conditioner kind of helped with that, no air freshener. The balcony need to be cleaned and need upgraded furniture because mine was dirty with burn wholes in it from cigarettes. The view was 10/10 if you go request room 10102 just for the view ALONE. Overall my room could have been cleaner and better for the price they charge. The staff and food made up for no upgrades to the rooms. Oh and alot of parts of the property is not kept up or open. I'm going back to Sint. Maarten April 2027 and I will not be staying here I'll visit the staff because they were amazing and so helpful and kind.
