“Beautiful rooms, beautiful grounds, staff was extremely friendly. Only downside was the service at all the meals was extremely disappointing. Unattententive, forgetful, and had to ask for drinks, food items, etc. 2 or 3 times on multiple occasions.”

“Old World Charm. The cottage style single rooms were gorgeous. Staff were so friendly and helpful. It was the hottest few days of the year but they remained cool and calm. The food was excellent. Couldn't recommend it enough. Looking forward to being able to go back again.”

“The hotel is ok, we had a twin room in the cottage lodge, no 526, it was quite a walk from reception.
Most of the staff were helpful and cheerful.
The hotel is looking somewhat dated, the room needed a good deep clean, shower head and bath mat needed replacing, I did write this to the manger in the initial check in review, as we were only staying 1 night it wasn’t worth complaining about.
The car park needs re signing as cars didn’t know which way to go round!”
