“Amazing hotel, with special touch in every detail ”

“We had a fantastic time , Jenny is a prefect host. We arrived in the afternoon, used they pool and garden, then the next day she allowed us to use the pool again after check out time. Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and cosy. It was a very hot day/night, she provided a fan and we managed to stay cool. Turns out she comes from my home town, so we had a lot to chat about. We just needed some peace and quiet to relax after a difficult week. Thank you Jenny for a wonderful stay.”

“This pub is a really well looked after and the rooms are super comfortable... lovely bed, large rooms... The breakfast is top quality and a great comfortable experience... The only things to note are, it is not as close to Henley as I thought, it was about 4-5 miles away and there is NO mobile reception in the pub or the rooms... if you need to make or receive any calls, you have to walk around the car park or the village for a reception...! Apart from that, I would definately go back and stay,...

We hebben zelf verschillende gsmnummers opgezocht (waarvan de meerderheid buiten gebruik) en toen we eindelijk iemand aan de lijn kregen, was het moeilijk om duidelijke informatie te verkrijgen. We kregen 2 sleutels maar beide kamers gingen open met dezelfde sleutel, wat we niet goed begrepen. “Loved that my room was in the main house. My room was small but it faced the garden where I could watch birds and squirls. Missed the hedgehogs. My bathroom was a few steps away from the room and it was good. The shower was pretty small. I got in but could not move around so I decided to wash off in sinks. The staff were wonderful to me. The manager told me more about the Manor House and it's age. At one time my family lived there so it was exciting to be able to stay. Breakfast was...

“Victorian house. Lots of stairs fir my room, not a problem for me but might be for others. Room was small but clean, with a nice sink and coffee/ tea making. Room hot, but there was a fan. Couldn't figure out how to set the shower, so ask when you book in. Woken by binmen earlyand traffic., so recommend Room at back of the place if possible. Didn't have tgd breakfast, so can't review. Woukd definitely use again for overnight stay.”
