The rooms are new and clean and breakfast was good. Friendly staff, especially the breakfast lady. Only complaint: you can hear the vehicles on Hwy 70, at least from the back side of the hotel.

Our room was clean, the staff was great, and our bed was comfortable. Knowing this was a newer property, we were surprised to find that the bathroom door didn't close properly, there was a big corner chip out of the bathroom mirror, the adhesive-backed lotion dispenser had fallen off the textured wall, and one of the shades did not operate well.

Nice, new clean hotel. Don't get your hopes up about a suite. It just means there is a pull out sofa bed. We had to go to the front desk to get bedding for the sofa bed. Staff was helpful.

The hotel was good. Expedia is a hot mess. Use at your own risk. Expedia won’t answer a phone call and blames booking issues on the hotel. It seems impossible to get through Expedia phone tree, then when you finally get through they hang up. I won’t use them again. I switched to hotels.com but found out Expedia and hotels are connected. I’ll just contact the hotel directly in the future. Expedia sends you to a chat bot and it says to contact the hotel. The hotel was willing to adjust dates but Expedia doesn’t allow. Yuck Expedia.
