Stayed at ITC Welcome Hotel Coimbatore for a week. Visiting India after 21 years. The Rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar staff for me were the stars of what makes this place absolutely amazing. Sinheibi, Trisha, Ajmer & Mohammed were a true credit to the hospitality industry. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, their Idlis and Dosa’s were my favourite. When the staff realised I was checking out early the next day, I had a packed meal ready for my journey onwards. These small gestures make a big organisation very personable and what makes a stay here just perfect

Had a one-night stay with family and experience was good. The staff were helpful, and the hotel premises were maintained clean and green. Only complaint was I booked a room with 2 queen beds, but they could not accommodate the same at the check-in.

The place is clean. Staff is courteous and helpful. Food is good. The room design is very silly: there is a glass bathroom window open to the bedroom, we have to pull down a blind for basic decency and privacy. The bathroom counter has a big gap behind it to accommodate the blinds. Otherwise all else is ok.
