Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour de 2 nuits. Le personnel est souriant, disponible, très agréable et professionnel. Nous avons profité du petit déjeuner royal et du dîner qui comprend une large carte de plats dont des plats typiques de la région. L espace détente avec piscine, jacuzzi et spa était un régal également. Un grand bravo à toute les équipes que nous avons déjà félicitées avant de partir. Propreté irréprochable. Merci

Un séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette hôtel, l’accueil est parfait même en français. Le spa est magnifique avec une vue incroyable sur la vallée de cogne. Nous avons pu profiter aussi du restaurant avec une nourriture succulente. Le personnel de l’hôtel est vraiment très agréable très gentil Nézy t’es pas à réserver dans cet établissement.

Personnel prévenant et aux petits soins. Établissement familial avec une ambiance conviviale et chaleureuse. L'espace bien-être est très agréable, calme, d'une propreté remarquable. Différentes boissons (tisane, thé, préparation détox) et pommes sont offerts. Cependant l'option dîner reste chère : 30€/personne en mode buffet. Mais, le manque de respect de certains clients quant au silence le soir venu est à déplorer pour notre part... Le manque de places de parking (gratuites et appartenant à l'hôtel) face à celui-ci peut être un point négatif. Il y a des places en sous-sol mais peu pratiques.

Hôtel absolument charmant avec un service de qualité et des personnes très agréables au service. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. La région permet de belles excursion, un secteur spa dans l’ hôtel permet une détente après une bonne marche. Le restaurant dans l’hôtel offre des repas régional excellent avec une cave très intéressante .

Séjour parfait

Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cet hôtel. Placé idéalement pour le ski de piste et aux pieds des pistes de fonds, il est tenu par une famille très accueillante qui s'est entourée d'une équipe très sympathique et efficace. Que ce soit les chambres, le petit-déjeuner, le spa ou le restaurant tout a été parfait. Si l'occasion se représente, nous y retournerons sans hésiter!
