This property was absolutely family friendly. The staff was incredible helpful. The kitchenette is fully stocked, not over abundance, but enough the rooms were cleaned. The whole facility was a child’s dream. So much to do for families definitely come back. The staff is helpful courteous the only thing you need to bring is your shampoo other than that everything is provided.

I loved this place! There's so much stuff that comes with a room! The room itself was good, I got a 1 bedroom unit. It was clean, had dishes and silverware and glasses and a kitchen. Outdoor basketball court, indoor basketball, squash, pickleball, racquet ball, pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, game room, mini golf ($3 if you're staying at the resort). You can check out fishing rods! When I'm back in the area I am DEFINITELY staying here!!

Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels etc. Just for anyone who does not travel with shampoo etc it is not provided. Maybe they have some at the desk. I always bring my own so no big deal to me. Nice balcony overlooking golf course.

Staying at the resort was equally priced as a regular hotel, so it was a no brainer… MORE for less. The resort has much more than even advertised, which my daughter was so happy about the volleyball net! Loved having a full size fridge! The only thing I’d have to say is expect to unload the dishwasher just to load it, if it was dishes we’d use then we wouldn’t have to do so, but it was just shot glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, and beer glasses lol so with us having kids we obviously weren’t going to use any of those. We just had to unload it then put our plates and stuff we did use in before check out! We went and got ice cream at the coffee shop just down the road which is super friendly! Then we swam in the giant pool the first night! We drove just 20 minutes to Silverwood which was not far! This place was well worth it, we would love to come back!

Overall, our stay was decent. The property was beautiful, clean, and offered plenty of amenities for families. The rooms were comfortable, and there was a lot to enjoy during our visit. That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. Some staff interactions felt less welcoming than expected, and at times the customer service came across as dismissive. The pool staff were also a bit overly protective and strict when enforcing rules, which sometimes took away from the relaxed vacation atmosphere. While safety is important and appreciated, a friendlier approach would have gone a long way. Despite these issues, we still had a pleasant stay and made some great family memories. With more consistent customer service and a warmer approach from certain staff members, the guest experience could be significantly improved.

Nice location, clean room, friendly staff. Very little water pressure for showers, noisy upstairs guests. We were looking forward to the putt putt course but there was a fee, none of the water features or fountains were running (we went in late May, no frost concerns) and each hole seemed exactly like the previous one. They did not provide shampoo or conditioner, only bar soap. There were no options available at the front desk or gift shop. I was told I needed to walk up to the rec center. I ended up having to buy 2 travel size bottles for $9.75! I was told "that was the price of convenience"...I must say, it felt quite the opposite. Stay was ok but wouldn't go back.
