Our room was clean. Customer service was great. The Rex center was fabulous. Clean hot tub, swimming pool, steam room and sauna all work great. A big plus is no kids after 9pm so the adults can have a hour of quiet time if desired.

We enjoyed a two-night stay. The property is beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the rec center pool, game room, and movie rental. Our room was perfect for our family of 3. The staff were helpful and kind. We will recommend it to others!

The area was very nice. The bed was hard but all in all the room and the area was very nice. Although, additional recreation putting, putting golf is not included with the stay it is an additional cost.

We booked here so we could go to Silverwood. There was a problem with my reservation since I booked through Expedia, but it was swiftly figured out. I forgot her name, I’m sorry, but she was the manager MVP at the front desk. Thank you again! The place was perfect for what we needed and she had great recommendations of places to shop nearby, where to eat, and answered all my questions and concerns. I would def recommend this place and would love to book through them again if I’m traveling this way again.

Great place to stay. Perfect for our family for a weekend to go to Silverwood. Next time, we'll plan to stay another night so we can enjoy more of the amenities. Loved having a kitchen and having access to the rec center, including mini golf. Just a couple things to note that we'll be aware of next time is there is no in room coffee provided. There is a coffee pot, but you have to bring your own coffee. They do have self serve in the lobby available though. Also, the dishwasher is very loud, so don't try to run it while you sleep. Overall, a great place to stay in a great, beautiful location.

This property was absolutely family friendly. The staff was incredible helpful. The kitchenette is fully stocked, not over abundance, but enough the rooms were cleaned. The whole facility was a child’s dream. So much to do for families definitely come back. The staff is helpful courteous the only thing you need to bring is your shampoo other than that everything is provided.

I loved this place! There's so much stuff that comes with a room! The room itself was good, I got a 1 bedroom unit. It was clean, had dishes and silverware and glasses and a kitchen. Outdoor basketball court, indoor basketball, squash, pickleball, racquet ball, pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, game room, mini golf ($3 if you're staying at the resort). You can check out fishing rods! When I'm back in the area I am DEFINITELY staying here!!

Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels etc. Just for anyone who does not travel with shampoo etc it is not provided. Maybe they have some at the desk. I always bring my own so no big deal to me. Nice balcony overlooking golf course.

Staying at the resort was equally priced as a regular hotel, so it was a no brainer… MORE for less. The resort has much more than even advertised, which my daughter was so happy about the volleyball net! Loved having a full size fridge! The only thing I’d have to say is expect to unload the dishwasher just to load it, if it was dishes we’d use then we wouldn’t have to do so, but it was just shot glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, and beer glasses lol so with us having kids we obviously weren’t going to use any of those. We just had to unload it then put our plates and stuff we did use in before check out! We went and got ice cream at the coffee shop just down the road which is super friendly! Then we swam in the giant pool the first night! We drove just 20 minutes to Silverwood which was not far! This place was well worth it, we would love to come back!

Overall, our stay was decent. The property was beautiful, clean, and offered plenty of amenities for families. The rooms were comfortable, and there was a lot to enjoy during our visit. That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. Some staff interactions felt less welcoming than expected, and at times the customer service came across as dismissive. The pool staff were also a bit overly protective and strict when enforcing rules, which sometimes took away from the relaxed vacation atmosphere. While safety is important and appreciated, a friendlier approach would have gone a long way. Despite these issues, we still had a pleasant stay and made some great family memories. With more consistent customer service and a warmer approach from certain staff members, the guest experience could be significantly improved.

Nice location, clean room, friendly staff. Very little water pressure for showers, noisy upstairs guests. We were looking forward to the putt putt course but there was a fee, none of the water features or fountains were running (we went in late May, no frost concerns) and each hole seemed exactly like the previous one. They did not provide shampoo or conditioner, only bar soap. There were no options available at the front desk or gift shop. I was told I needed to walk up to the rec center. I ended up having to buy 2 travel size bottles for $9.75! I was told "that was the price of convenience"...I must say, it felt quite the opposite. Stay was ok but wouldn't go back.
