Excellent Customer Service all around. The rooms were nice and clean. I am a little bit of a snob with hotels and was pleasantly surprised with this Best Western. TVs are a little old & blurry but everything else was perfect! Everyone takes pride in their work and the service they provide.

Great all-around experience. Room was nice, beds comfortable (for me that means mattress not soft - my back needs a firm one), and quiet - another key for us. Very handy location and enjoyed the nice indoor pool (good size) and gym equipment. We did not use the hotel restaurant but they had a nice menu. Wall art close by for food and other essentials. Only minor complaint is hotel controls heating/cooling. You control fan only. This wasn’t a big deal, however. All in all, we would definitely use this hotel again.

Nicest place in this part of the state. Room was squeaky clean. Great beds and linens. Nice bathroom. Decent size TV with NetFlix and YouTube apps. Great, easy location to walk to things if you want. Great parking. Exceptional lotions. I left feeling silky smooth. Spend the extra $ for a balcony.
