"As you walk in The L Hotel lobby to check in; The seating area it's just beautiful. I like the staff, the cleanliness when you go in the room, the shower is awesome, the beds are very comfortable in the deluxe duplex room I reserved for my stay lol those pillows Please send me one 🙏😴 😅 🙂 they're amazingly therapeutic! 😊 The view on the property and the garden is very nice. Home away from home and convenience of just about anything you want to do; is within 20 minutes of driving even the Airport that's a plus. I being a first time visitor to Miami Beach would recommend The L Hotel, for walking distance to the beach around the corner of the L Hotel. I could go on and on, I'm looking forward to revisiting."

"Other then parking 5 blocks away. The stay was amazing. Great location! Only issues we had were housekeeping did not come into our room the 4days we were there. We had to ask for towels 3 times before we got them 20 minutes before we needed to leave."

"This place had a great location right on the beach and walking distance to a bunch of things to do with a great patio view. Staff was always friendly when dealt with. The building itself and room could definitely use a refresh, our sink wasn’t even attached to the wall. On arrival we entered a different building essentially into a closet sized room in the back of building to check in. Parking was $20 day which we pre paid and was right next to our building. We got to the room with the sun down to find out our lights didn’t work, so we only had a dim light from the bathroom. Luckily this was a VERY small room so it worked. He fixed our light the next day along with our tv which had no remote. Volume was stuck on very loud which worked out somewhat well because the ally behind us was extremely loud with people partying until 11pm. It was very loud. The next day remote was brought in bed was made and room was freshened, so that was nice. We had to request two additional pillows because there were only two that were really flat. They only got us one extra and said that’s all they had... We are normal people who are giving and honest opinion. We don’t have high standards or we wouldn’t even look at a place like this. But these were issues that we for sure noticed. We enjoy staying at places like this, but some updating would be nice in the room."
