Excellent location, clean, comfortable room. The property itself was nothing special. Being asked for either an extra $60. Cleaning fee or a$600. deposit was off putting since there was already a $125. resort fee. Fortunately, the deposit was refunded promptly.

Lovely place to stay! A short walk to beach access, easy parking, and an adorable little courtyard area with a pool and a grill. They have umbrellas and chairs as well as sand toys and boogie boards! The only thing I was upset about was the $150 non refundable deposit I was not aware of at the time of booking. I did book through Expedia, so maybe that is why. I was okay with paying a deposit but I’m not used to them being non refundable. Apparently it is a Florida thing? Haha, other than that it was perfect! I would love to stay here again!

It was a nice space, close to the beach, shopping and everything else we needed. Having laundry and a kitchen made our experience feel more like home and the backyard provided a sunny space sheltered from the wind.

Great stay

We had a terrific experience at the Juni and are planning to return. Access to the beach was super easy. We felt comfortable, safe, and extremely pleased. There was plenty of room, and we had everything we needed.

It was perfect for my children + I . Loved that they had everything we would need for the beach to include toys. The umbrellas we tried were broke though - we made due. We were thankful. The locals on our sunrise walks became friends. Our favorite place for breakfast was the Surfinista ! Ohhhh we also got to watch space x launch a rocket!!

Place was clean and in a decent location. The pool is very decieving tho. It is essentially an above ground metal drinkimg tub for livestock. Its absolutely tiny.

Unfortunately we were locked out our first night and had to sleep in the car. I never received an email that the check in code changed after entering and didnt have a new code to get in my door. Additionally i emailed the owner after booking to confirm it was okay to leave my car while I went in a 7 day cruise. The owner said it was not problem at all and told me the spot number to park in. Upon return from our cruise we had a sticker from law enforcement saying it was going to be towed. Unfortunately not the beet experience. Room itself was fairly clean, comfy bed and spacious. Excellent location. Poor communication tho

Things I liked first. Hot water didn't run out. House stayed cool despite the raging sun outside. The beach is a block away. Very quick walk. Staff got back to me right away when I had questions. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook on the stove. Sinkin the kitchen was Xtra large -easy for dishes to get washed. Washer and dryer on site and free- nice microwave and there was a toaster too. Kureig coffee maker with coffee supplied too! Beds were comfy. Things I wasn't a huge fan of but would still rent again. Struggled with the lock on the door. My husband figured it out though. I clean houses. It was low-key dusty on base boards lights ledges windows. In between bathroom faucet was funky too. If you can look past those minor things- well worth it. Price and location wise! We rented the Spanish house #1

Overall, not bad for the price and location. The unit is a little in disrepair, some doors are difficult to open/close, some of the flooring pops up and down, and the keypad to get into the unit is very scratched and faded. There is no dishwasher, but there is a washer/dryer for laundry, a full fridge/freezer, and a large dining table. The “pool” around back does not look clean enough to get in, but there is a shower and hose to rinse off after going to the beach and those worked just fine. Also, guests should know that 2 bedrooms doesn’t mean 2 bathrooms. There was a single small bathroom shared between the 2 bedrooms. That was really inconvenient, but we managed.
