You have to enter a gate and find the office and call the property manager to be let into your room. Once we figured that out, the stay was amazing. The property manager was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The beach, great bars and restaurants are all a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, and the property was very peaceful.

Hands down the best place to stay in Cocoa Beach! This is an absolute gem! Our expectations were blown out of the water. My boyfriend and I booked the smallest unit, but it was MUCH larger than it looked in the photos! It was a lovely setup with a cozy livingroom, a bedroom with a queen bed, master bath, and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge, microwave, and every piece of kitchenware you could ever need. The apartment was very clean, well put together, and packed with thoughtful touches- including plenty of towels and beach towels. There is an on-site pool for about $10 extra as well as many outdoor nooks with tables and chairs to enjoy a relaxed night. Surfside Suites was also much less expensive than nearby hotels that offered only half the amenities. Check-in was extremely easy with a keypad code. But what really made our trip unforgettable was the host! She greeted us in person with such genuine warmth, let us check in HOURS early AND check out HOURS late without any additional charges. She even sent us messages during our stay to check in and ensure we were having a great time. Top tier hospitality! Prime Location! Surfsuide was just one street over from the main hustle and bustle, so you're right next to the fun (~2 min walk) while still having a quiet and peaceful sleep. The beach access was also better than the main town area! Surfside Suites is directly across the street from beach access, which is much less crowded than 1 street over.
