This is an older motel that’s been remodeled, so the room was fresh and clean. It is literally on the beach. The bathroom was small but functional.

We were looking for beach access with a great king size bed and we got soo much more! The staff was always available to help, if not in the office through text. The room was great size and the bed very comfortable. If you are traveling to Cocoa Beach and want a great option with great prices Anthony’s on the beach is the way to go! We’ll be going every year now moving forward.

It was a different experience but a wonderful one. It is a small privately run Hotel and we were pleasantly surprised at how updated and clean the rooms were. The outside area is in the middle of being remodeled but it was very convenient to walk down to the beach. We had a full kitchen in the room so once we checked in, we never left. We will definitely be back!

Our second stay here. A repeat customer from a few years ago - fondly remembered it and specifically sought it out for our stay. Beach right off side porch, has an upper and lower deck, can use their lawn chairs on the beach. Please be cautious with the water though (especially with kids) as the constant rollers makes for a strong undertow. The aquatic themed bedspread a nice touch. Ice, microwave, good sized fridge. Nice spot. Try the New China takeout a couple of minues north for a tastey supper. Hope to come again sometime. Thank you guys.

Contactless stay. We rented 3 rooms. Very easy to manage. Owners responded quickly to messages. Proximity and view of the beach are phenomenal. Rooms are nicely updated. Very clean! Stocked kitchens. Bring your own food and do all your own cooking if you like. Nights were quiet and peaceful. Beautiful patio area. Outdoor furniture and fixtures in need of some repairs but overall served its purpose wonderfully. Outdoor shower for rinsing off sand. Nearby to wonderful local dining and shopping. This area of Cocoa Beach was nothing but perfect for us! No crowds. Would 100% return!

You need to drive from Anthony's to get to food and stores, but access to the beach is wonderful. There is also a covered place to sit back from the beach and watch the waves.
