Amazing hotel, amazing staff and High end products un room. A real 5 star hotel

We had a perfect stay and is very pet friendly accommodation! Staff have been extremely friendly and rooms spacious and clean. A little surprise for our furry boy was waiting in the room - thanks for that. Can definitely recommend and will consider to come back.

Beautiful property and very friendly staff

The experience here was totally lackluster for what we paid. The rooms were nice and new however it was small, there was no room phone to call the front desk, zero service clean provided during our stay even when we requested it, and getting towels took an eternity. The sink had guck inside the sink hole it seems it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. We were given garbage bags instead of laundry bags, forced to eat off tiny plates when requested, and met with attitude from staff just for asking to change dining tables at their restaurant for breakfast. The dining tables were being used to take pictures of dining plates for their social media account instead of serving people. To top it off, they handed us an incorrect receipt on checkout. Definitely not worth the money. Stay elsewhere.

The staff were all so friendly & helpful. Daily breakfast served to your table was fabulous & nightly wine & cheese & music such as added treat!
