Great place for couples looking for privacy and romance. Jerome at the Cove bar is just excellent! Kiki at the front desk is just super helpful. And Artie, our driver, was just as warm and friendly as he could be. The view from our villa was disappointing. As this is a terrible time of year for the Atlantic Ocean. Tons of seaweed. But have no fear, the other side of the island is a different ocean that is as clear and beautiful as humanly possible. The food is amazing. The staff was excellent. We will be back. In the Spring, when the Atlantic is nicer and the whales are frolicking!

The Atlanta is on one side and the Caribbean on the other. So beautiful. Food is delicious and staff were so friendly. Great included transport service to the cove. If you want spa services book early- we weren’t quick enough. But Yoga outside with that view was unforgettable.Will definitely dream of staying again!

Amazing breakfast. Beautiful Beach. Only issues was there was not enough shade (umbrellas did not block UV rays). Nice to have gym. Amazing dinners but very expensive on the island (everything has to be shipped in). Grocery shopping in town is far away and expensive to get to and fro. Staff were all very friendly. Cool to see wild donkeys, horses, dogs.

Nothing short of perfect! The service, views, quality of property, and food were all exceptional. 11/10 across the board, great staff with phenomenal service, and the seclusion, views, and overall peace was like none other. Hesitant to tell all my friends and family about it because I’d love for the property to stay more lowkey/secluded! They put the emphasis on quality service, and providing a relaxing experience. If you’re interested in a more quiet, comfortable, luxury resort in Turks & Caicos, it’s the place to be (especially on South Caicos, it’s truly a gem) Will be returning!

The villa was very private. Big comfy bed overlooking the Atlantic with a private pool. My wife and I enjoyed every second while there. The cove had the most beautiful beach and water we’ve ever seen. We enjoyed kayaking the shallow crystal clear waters and through the mangroves. We enjoyed breakfast every morning at the Great House. The cove had simple food with a fancy flare. Dinners were very fancy with great variety and impeccable taste, the dessert as well!! Sailrock was exactly what we were looking for!!

This was my very first trip to South Caicos. The Sailrock Resort is a hidden gem. From our initial arrival to the very end of our stay, the staff were excellent and accommodating with everything aspect of our stay. Leny went out of her way to ensure that we maximized our stay in comfort. She was detailed, patient and thorough. Leny, along with the other staff were full of energy, always smiling and helpful. Our stay at Sailrock Resort has been one of the most extraordinary travel experiences we have ever had. Before arriving, I will admit that I felt a little hesitant after reading some mixed reviews online. However, from the very first moment we arrived, every single doubt disappeared. The warm welcome, the relaxing atmosphere, and the genuine kindness of the staff instantly made us feel that we had arrived somewhere truly special. This place is not just beautiful, it is a true taste of paradise. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the entire resort feels like a hidden sanctuary where time slows down. If you are looking for a place to disconnect, rest, and truly decompress, this is the perfect destination. It is peaceful, elegant, and designed for relaxation. If someone is looking for loud parties and nightlife, this may not be the place—but if you want serenity and beauty, there is simply nothing better. One piece of advice I strongly recommend to future guests: choose the vacation package with the all-inclusive option. This is truly the best value for your money. The quality of the food and drinks is outstanding, and without the package, the cost would easily add up very quickly. With the all-inclusive option you can fully enjoy everything without worrying, and trust me—you will want to experience it all. And speaking of food… I have traveled extensively and stayed at many hotels and even luxury cruises, and I can honestly say I have never experienced such consistency

This place is like a dream come true. The food was excellent. The staff were unbelievably accomodating and nice. Fair warning, this resort is best suited for adults that just want to relax and enjoy the environment. If you want the jetskies, paragliding, shopping, etc, you should get a hotel on the main island. This place is perfect for anyone looking to get away from the crowds and just unplug and chill.
