We enjoyed our stay here. We had a beautiful view of the castle from our balcony. Breakfast was included and was fantastic. Parking was nearby and free. The staff were all nice. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city.

Room was exceptionally spacious with sofa and balcony. Swimming pool was quiet, relaxing and water temperature and was just right. Daily cleaning was excellent. Cleaner very helpful. The stand out was the restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful and comprehensive. We dined each evening of our seven night stay. The range of food on the menu was impressive and the quality first class. Obviously a very accomplished chef. Restaurant staff could not have been more helpful and cheerful. They showed it was a happy place to work. I hope this review may encourage readers to enjoy a stay at this hotel as we have enjoyed.

Das Hotel selbst, das Personal und das Frühstück sind hervorragend! Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Allerdings waren wir sehr enttäuscht über das gebuchte Zimmer (die Suite), da sie hier bei Expedia anders beschrieben wird. Die Suite ist mehr eine zweistöckige Wohnung mit 6 Betten (!) und einer Ausziehcouch, die Einrichtung doch recht alt. Die Badewanne war defekt, der hand gekritzelte Zettel in der Ecke mit einem alten Tesafilmstreifen, an dem ein dunkles Haar klebte, wurde bestimmt schon vor ein paar Wochen angebracht und bis dato nicht repariert. Im Hauptschlafzimmer war das Fenster kaputt, so dass wir es bei 30°C nicht öffnen konnten. Überhaupt waren beide Etagen derart aufgeheizt (die 2. Etage mit den vier Betten ist unterm Dach), dass man es kaum ausgehalten hat. Ein kleiner Ventilator stand im Hauptschlafzimmer, den man natürlich für die neuen Gäste nicht sofort einschaltet. Kostet wahrscheinlich zu viel Strom. Auch die Flasche Wein und die Toilettenartikel gab es nicht, wie hier bei expedia beschrieben. Ein 40-Zoll-TV war das sicherlich auch nicht, der DVD Player bestimmt von 1995. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel bei einem Preis von ca. 400€ die Nacht erwarte ich einfach mehr. Das Personal kann nichts dafür und war wirklich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Aber mehr als einen weiteren Ventilator, die Flasche Wein und eine Rückzahlung von 10% war nicht drin. Allerdings sagte man mir auch, dass das Hotel keine Sterne hat und diese von Expedia vergeben werden. ???

Notre chambre était dans son jus bien grande mais meuble et deco pas terrible mais je sais qu'il y a des chambres plus moderne. Dans cette chambre pas de climatisation et pas de réfrigerateur ,les rideaux ne ont pas occultant et les serrures sont a clés pas de badges donc une clé pour tous. La piscine est fortement chloré. Le petit déjeuner a 9h il n'y a presque plus de choix . Le repas du soir correcte mais un peu cher a 35€ pour une soupe et un plat chaud au choix et un dessert imposé. Hotel.com nous informe que nous sommes des clients VIP avec des avantages mais c'est du pipeau y rien de mieux. Attention il y a beaucoup d'escaliers partout et des couloir dans tout les sens. Nous sommes venu dans cette hotel de nombreuse fois mais franchement il faut que la direction prenne conscience du changement des attentes des clients ,maintenant il faut la clim ,un frigidaire des serrures electroniques.

Het is een sfeervol hotel dat ligt in het stadsdeel Sehl van Cochem. We hadden een ruime kamer met balkon op de bovenste verdieping, bereikbaar met de lift. De kamer en de badkamers waren schoon en werden tijdens het verblijf goed bijgehouden. Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten in het hotel. Iedere dag is er een wisselend dagmenu, naast de bestaande kaart. Het prima ontbijtbuffet heeft voldoende keuzemogelijkheden.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, den kvart det tog att promenera in till gamla staden var perfekt för att ta in läget och se floden glittra i solen, magiskt! Parkeringen utanför känns säker, Jättesköna sängar Restaurangen serverar en frukost som har allt vi önskar, till middagen åt vi gott från en balanserad meny.

Mooi en schoon hotel met ruime kamers. Badkamer was wel wat gedateerd, maar wel schoon. Diner en ontbijt gewoon goed en ruime keuze. Ons verblijf viel samen met mijn verjaardag. Dit hadden wij zelf niet vermeld, maar tijdens het ontbijt stond er een mooie kaart met felicitaties en er werd een taartje met vuurwerk gebracht. Erg leuk. Kortom wij hebben genoten. Fijn hotel vriendelijk personeel

Fint och nyrenoverat !

Rummet var rymligt och kändes helt nyrenoverat. - även badrummet. Rummet hade en liten uteplats. Tyvärr saknades AC och det var lite varmt, Fin frukostbuffé med mycket att välja på. Mysig utemiljö med bl a olika bersåer att sitta i. Allt kändes fräscht och fint!

Heel leuk hotel op wandelafstand van het centrum. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het zwembad had wel warmer mogen zijn maar in onze suite hadden we gelukkig een leuk bubbelbad om onze dagen in af te sluiten, enige wat miste op de kamers waren badjassen (om van en naar het zwembad te gaan) en slippers voor diezelfde reden.

Helt ok

Skulle finnas avgiftsfri parkering på området men fanns ingen. Försökte få hjälp med bokning aktiviteter både innan och under vistelsen men blev bara hänvisad till hemsidor. Vi kan inte språket så svårt att boka på telefon. Men annars trevlig personal som vara trevliga och hjälpsamma. Skulle säga 3 stjärnor.
