Check in was very confusing they should just say, Go to Burg hotel check-in office because in the end that's where we went and the lady there was excellent and got us checked in . I would say that the instructions were more complicated than they needed to be .

Wonderful stay and very clean! Very Fun to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Cochem. Only caution is there are lots of cigarrette smokers in Cochem city so the smoke comes through open windows.

The price was right it feels a lot like a motel 6. Not as cute as the pics. Also, they sent me the incorrect address for check-in. It was happenstance that the woman who would check me in was on the street smoking at the time I was trying to locate the check-in office.

I understand not being able to check in early, but they should at least be able to store a backpack for a few hours. This is a tourist area after all with alot of travelers. Didn't seem very eager to try and accommodate you.

The Hotel was really hard to find as there is no sign with the name of the hotel we booked. No one answerd the phone. When we at last found it and managed to check in there were no bed linens in one of the beds and we couldn’t get hold of anyone so our daughter had to sleep without any sheets.
