Tolles Haus mit außergewöhnlichem Restaurant Netter Empfang, sehr hilfsbereite MitarbeiterInnen, sauberes zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Balkon und sagenhaftem Meerblick. Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant sollte man nicht verpassen. Vorspeise, Hauptgericht und Nachtisch waren ausgezeichnet. Und der chilenische Wein natürlich auch. Hätten wir in dieser Gegend nie vermutet. Klare Empfehlung.

Ideal para descansar

La experiencia fue buena, buscaba algo para relajarme y asi fue el hotel esta ubicado en un sector muy alejado del centro urbano y para los que buscan desconectarse de lo urbano...este es un excelente lugar... su enterno es muy bonito. Solo dejar en claro que solo cuenta con una piscina al aire libre y no tiene spa por las razones sanitarias vigente.

Excelente todo excepto el precio, no fue respetado el valor que reservé con Hoteles.com me llevé la tremenda sorpresa cuando me dijeron el total a pagar fueron 30.000 por noche más de lo reservado en origen. Pésimo servicio Hoteles.com

Decepción

Habíamos ido el año pasado, tuvimos una linda experiencia, por eso decidimos volver este año. Fue decepcionante en cuanto llegamos. Estuvimos esperando unos 15 minutos que alguien llegara a recepción, porque no había nadie. El hotel está muy descuidado. La piscina estaba muy cochina, el lugar en general estaba descuidado, pasto seco y muy poca comodidad.

Las fotos no se parecen a la realidad del hotel, el restaurante tiene una pequeña carta que no permite modificaciones, horario reducido de atención en restaurante, platos rebuscados que caen en el mal gusto,no hay menú de Niño real, la piscina es muy pequeña, sala de juegos totalmente abandonada y sucia. Lo bueno, la atención amable del personal. El hotel no vale el precio que cobran.
