Necesitan darle mantenimiento a los climas, por qué no están enfriando bien y hace un calor terrible, no se puede dormir sin aire acondicionado, de allí en fuera todo excelente pero lo que hace a un hotel es el descanso y honestamente con los climas sin mantenimiento no se puede descansar y dormir a gusto.

No fue lo que esperaba

La recepcionista fue amable. Sin embargo, al querer ver la TV, ésta no tenía sonido, le comentamos a la recepcionista, le estuvo moviendo a la configuración de la TV y concluyó que era la TV que no servía, no nos hicieron cambio de cuarto argumentando falta de disponibilidad. Es cierto que avisan no hay estacionamiento, pero no es tan fácil encontrar lugar en la calle, cerca del hotel, debido a que hay muchos portones de casas particulares. Aparentemente se ve limpio, aún así salió una cucaracha en el baño. En la noche quise dejar cargando electrónicos y no se cargaron, temprano es que comenzaron a cargarse, como si bloquearan la energía para que no se use durante la noche, el agua de la regadera salió a una sola temperatura. Lo aceptable fue que admiten mascotas, cobran extra por ella, según su tamaño.

Si se busca solo llegar a dormir pudiera ser la opción, pero hasta para buscar dónde desayunar no está tan práctico, pero se reconoce que de las opciones que acepten mascotas en la ciudad es de las mejores alternativas
