The hotel is located in an excellent location, next to a coffee plantation and to the forest. Facilities are great for you to relax and be out of the stress of the city. Keep in mind that there is no TV and no cellular signal, but it should not be a problem, because they offer Wi-Fi. Consider to staying in it if you are looking to rest and relax. The city is 10 minutes away on an unpaved road.

La recámara muy amplia, con una vista al cofre de perote hermosa. Sus jardines hermosos y de noche con la iluminación se ve excelente. El almuerzo buena variedad incluyendo jugo fruta y café sobre todo la vista. El trato muy amable desde que llegas todos ellos hacen sentir como en casa.

El lugar es muy bonito. El personal excelente como Jaime y Denis. La comida sabrosa. Cómo llovía por las tardes, no se antojaba meterse a la alberca apesar de que la limpiaban. Algo que afecta es el camino de piedras para llegar al hotel. Sé que no es culpa del Hotel pero para un auto, es complicada la llegada y la salida de casi 800 metros.

La idea de quedarse en una finca cafetalera en Coatepec, suena muy bien hasta que descubres que el camino para llegar está hecho pedazos, las habitaciones no tienen clima. Pero el verdadero problema es la privacidad, todo se escucha. Tuvimos la mala fortuna de quedarnos cerca de la cocina, no hay manera de tener paz desde las 7 am hasta las 9 pm que están trabajando. En un hotel pensado para descansar, lo hacen muy complicado

Está increíble, toda la decoración está cuidada hasta el último detalle, un espacio súper tranquilo para disfrutar y relajarse, todo está muy limpio, el personal súper profesional y amigable, el tour del café muy interesante, y lo mejor es que cuando llegas a la propiedad Piñón te recibe muy amigable moviendo la colita!, en definitiva la recomiendo 100% lo único que se puede mejorar es el terreno para llegar, si no llevas camioneta mejor ve muy despacio, porque los últimos 500 mt para llegar están un poco difíciles pero no imposibles. Definitivamente regresaremos! Nos vemos pronto!
