Nice and simple hotel, 10 min walk to the city center. Rooms are large and clean. Had a bit of a hot water issue (seems to be on timer of sorts) but nothing major.

Outstanding service from the front desk staff. One of them was kind enough to lend me his desktop computer to print out my boarding pass which I was unable to do on an iPhone. The only slight criticism is the water pressure in the shower is weak and it takes about five minutes for hot water to appear. Overall, very good value for money with a included decent breakfast.

The property is nice however there is no ramp outside so you have to carry your suitcases up stairs. The checkin person was very cold. Not interested in answering questions about where we could get good or even the best way to get to the airport. We had a hard time getting hot water in our room and tried to call the front desk but he never answered so we had to go down to get him. There was one restaurant in walking distance- Chinese and it was very good. Do not expect a lot from any customer service people as they are all slow and meals can take an hour to come out ;even pizza). The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom shower had no door or curtain and water filled the entire floor almost into the bedroom area.
