Vacations Close To Hill Country Golf and Country Club

We stayed one night for a concert at Shoreline and it was perfect. Friendly front desk and clean room

Unfortunately, my stay was extremely disappointing. I made a special request before check-in due to my work schedule, but it was not completed. This resulted in me being delayed and late for work, which was frustrating and avoidable. When I arrived, I was given a room with a broken/unsecured door, which raised serious safety concerns. I reported the issue but never received a follow-up confirming it had been resolved. After returning to the hotel after 1:00 a.m., Nicki was thankfully very helpful. She listened to my concerns and helped me change rooms. I truly appreciate her taking the situation seriously. I was also uncomfortable with how the Wyndham membership fee was communicated. I was told, “Oh, you’re not a Wyndham member, so that will be $25.” The way it was said made me feel like I was being treated differently for not being a member. Overall, this was a stressful and disappointing stay. The room security issue, lack of follow-up, missed special request, and poor communication significantly impacted my experience. Nicki was the one bright spot and provided the customer service I expected from the beginning. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the guest experience.

The continental breakfast selection could be better.

Was a really pleasant stay here for the 49er game. There were lots of fans. Very nice hotel and restaurant was very good for dinner! Will definitely stay here again for any future stays!! The hotel front desk lady was very nice as well .

Felt like a motel.
