“The room was small, but as i was by myself, it was really all that i needed. Perfect size for me who just needed a place to shower and lay my head at nite.”

“Staff super nice and helpful, location is ideal in Miri, bed is comfortable. That said, the hotel shows his age and would need refurbishing urgently, especially the bathrooms. I was assigned a room that I did not like at first, but thankfully they were kind enough to give me a better looking one and it turned out to be quiet and comfortable. ”

“Good: Friendly staffs, Running reliable hot showers, nice interior design, bed comfort was good/average, great location next to mall & restaurants, bottled water & towels were provided, no curfews 24-7. Bad: Almost all rooms have no windows (& this was not mentioned in room description), toilet bowl & shower walls needs proper scrubbing, smart TV remote was not functioning, no toiletaries (no soap, shampoo etc). Theres Mosquito... dont know how it went inside despite the room having no...

“The hotel and room is very old, the is in dire need of a renovation. Everything in the room and bathroom is old, i would say a 20 year old design and condition. Price was also high, i paid over rm300 for 1 night and i felt it was not a good value considering the age and condition. Not recommended ”
