We had a wonderful experience staying here. We arrived well after midnight while traveling with our little ones, and the staff went above and beyond by making arrangements for our late arrival. They had everything ready for us, including our room key, so we were able to get settled quickly without any stress. That small gesture made a huge difference after a long day of traveling. We truly appreciated the excellent communication, thoughtful accommodation, and welcoming service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that genuinely cares about its guests.

The parking area was easy to access and was well lit at night. Every single staff member we encounter was very polite and helpful during our entire stay. The room was clean and the nicely equipped kitchen was a nice bonus. We appreciated the larger sized refrigerator. The pool area was clean with plenty of pool towels when needed.

I would like to recommend that you reserve a few rooms as "no pets" rooms. Our room, especially the sofa had white dog hair all over it. My husband is highly allergic to cat hair, so a room that never houses pets as guests would be nice for us. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and hotel is very nice. This was our 4th stay and we will certainly be back.

The property was nice, room clean and comfortable. We were told breakfast was from 6am-10am, and yet at 9am there wasn't anything left for breakfast but some dirty counters, dirty dishes and empty containers. Not even a drop of coffee.

The good: the hotel is clean, modern, in a good location, and has a very well lit parking lot. The rooms are spacious, and the shades do a great job of blocking out the light. Our room had a full refrigerator, a wet bar, and real dishes and glasses. The breakfast food choices are good, and it’s available som 6-10 am every day. The coffee is weak, but that’s sadly the norm for these chain hotels. The bad: the walls are thin. The guests in the room next to us arrived at 3 am and proceeded to have a loud conversation for the next half hour. Their small dog (a pug, as it turned out) barked, too. (This hotel allows dogs.) The same couple’s pug pooped all over the lobby the next morning (we saw that lovely sight while eating breakfast). At least they picked the poop up. The breakfast room was also taken over by a couple of large family groups with lots of noisy kids, but I attribute that to holiday travel.
