“This is the best place to stay in Queenstown! My third stay here and it did not disappoint. The turndown service was just perfect! The little treats left on the bed were a lovely touch. The juice and treats in the morning and wine and cheese in the afternoon was just amazing. I will be returning next month and can’t wait. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you very much”

If you want to bath in the hot tub, you need to pay, if you need some tools or ingredients to cook something in the common room, you need to rent it. It's not as bad as other hotels, but if we had known it we would have paid for another option in Queenstown. ”
