“Although the hotel facilities were good and the location was very central, our room was above the bar which was a club on Saturday night. The music was really loud till midnight. Although the web site mentioned that they had a DJ, we hadn't expected to be right above it.”

“Stayed one night at the Shrewsbury rooms from start to finish everything was great we stayed in room one on ground floor well the decor the cleanliness everything was lovely would definitely stay here again. Nice little touch of takeaway cups if you want to leave with a coffee lived this. Only thing is the pillows where a little to firm for me. “Very good location and the food was excellent. Staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and overall, the stay was very good. Parking access is really tight, but I appreciate that being so close to the town centre makes parking a bonus.”

“Great little find here! Lovely pub with great atmosphere, food fab with onsite restaurant. The room was really well presented and lovely decor. My room was facing south and west on the hottest day of the year, thankfully the staff provided a fan and there was a well stocked fridge in the room too. Breakfast was continental style in the room in a lovely hamper, plus yogurts, milk and orange juice in the fridge. Would go back again when in the area. Thanks team.”
