There were ants running all over and we were on 3rd floor! There was a long hair in the shower along with mold there and the sink! The beds need to be replaced! You can feel the spring on both sides of the bed when you got in! The outside facade is cracking! They need to remodel the place! Staff was great! We won’t be going back there! We had been there before and could really see the decline!

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures and as a member of the IHG, I was surprised with that. Very old, dated lobby furniture. This place is in desperate need of a renovation!! One of my son’s teammates had a broken bed. I will not stay here in the future until a renovation gets considered. Good breakfast, though.

For the most part the stay was fine. It was only one night. Room was generally clean, although the heater/air conditioning unit was dirty and had broken louvers. Also, the carpet was stained and should have been replaced or deep cleaned. Ice machine closest to my room was not working. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
