Check-in person never once looked us in the face or smiled, or offered assistance to two seniors he put on the second floor. When we came down for breakfast, there was nothing buy dry cereal, but NO MILK. No headboards. Upgrades to room in flux. Room was clean. Beds were tolerable.

Staff was friendly upon check in. Rooms are outdated and fairly clean. The breakfast that was offered with our room consisted of coffee, little Debbie wrapped cakes, and cereal.

Don’t stay here

I booked this room to stay with a wrestling team that rented 8 other rooms. All rooms had complaints. Roaches, mold, hair on floor, dirty towels and bedding.

The dirtiest place we have ever stayed. Had no other choice except to sleep in truck. Drove an extra 100 miles, got there after midnight and had to go to front desk and ask for different room. The carpet and sink was full of hair and gravel and we're not just talking her from one person. Long black hair long blonde hair dog hair. He took me to a second room and it was in the same condition. He apologized and took us to another room that he said they never rent out unless the place is full. That room had been remodeled but the bathroom wasn't any cleaner

I will not use Americas Best Value Inn & Suites

Our room was poorly maintained and not clean. I made a mistake booking this place and will not use Americas Best Value Inn & Suites again.

We had to fix the toilet when we got there. Bed was not comfortable. "Breakfast " was a joke. They had little swiss rolls in a package and packages of strawberry zingers. Lol

There were roaches from the moment we entered the room. When staff was told they wanted to come to the room to see the roaches for themselves and so they could “advise housekeeping”. We decided not to stay simply because the upkeep of a place that serves breakfast should be better than what was shown.

Very tired and worn out hotel

This hotel was not nice. The pictures of it are deceiving. It is very worn and smells terrible. Beds are very hard and pillows are awful.

Unsafe tub/shower

Bathtub slippery making the shower unusable. Breakfast was a joke! The desk personnel were behind a closure and that made speech unintelligible. Two cups for water in the room and one packet of coffee. The only saving grace was a comfortable bed. There is no way we would return to this business.

Not a great motel.

Linens really need to be addressed. Almost every piece of bedding or bath towel was stained in some way. Makes you wonder if they are clean or just stained. Yuck. Breakfast was terrible. You can choose from plain cheerios/Raisin Bran or little wrapped mini muffins, honey buns, or other little Debbie snack cakes. Found trash behind the toilet and trash on a shower ledge. My standards aren’t the highest, and this didn’t even make the grade. Check in is behind a plexiglass. Just find somewhere else.
