Perfect hotel for families with kids or teams traveling together. Quality breakfast, ample space to congregate and enjoy each other's company. workout room to get your heart rate up and a convient laundry room on the 2nd floor. Only complaint is that there's only one ice machine and it's in the lobby. People were filling up full large coolers and ice bags.

The price was right (cheapest in the area). The carpet had a lot of stains and the chair in our room was stained. Our hand soap was empty when we got there but they replaced it immediately. The staff was nice and helpful and made us feel welcomed. The elevators seem in need of upkeep and a bit scary. They shuttered the 10 seconds of the ride and were noisy. The breakfast was good and the games in the lobby were definitely kid friendly. Overall not a bad stay.

I have stayed at Tru Hotels on 5 different occasions at 5 different places. I've never been disappointed until this time. The place was very clean and the staff were excellent. The breakfast was hot and fresh with a good selection. The problem with our stay were the beds. The mattresses were very lumpy. Could feel the inner coils on both of them. The beds were made with a fitted sheet on the bottom, on top of that was a mattress topper that replaced the top sheet. A coverlet was on top of that. Ended up with a horrible sleepless night.
