Very nice hotel in a great area of Cleveland…front desk staff was friendly and greeted us upon entering the hotel..room was clean, beds was very comfortable, bathroom was spacious and shower was great!! Hotel offered unique and funky places to hang out, play games and the 24 hour coffee available was great!! Breakfast was very good with lots of choices, very clean area to eat and enjoy all the options…

We stayed here for a show at the Agora Theater. It was clean, the staff was great…especially the gal taking care of the free breakfast buffet and it smelled nice! We will definitely stay there anytime we are in town for a show! Thank you!

The room was reasonably priced for being mid-town. The shower had great water pressure. The room was clean, and comfortable. The down side, was no coffee machine in the room. I'm a very early riser, and would like to enjoy a cup, before I leave my room. We will stay again for the close proximity to Downtown Cleveland and the Cleveland Clinic.

loved the location by the Dunham Tavern museum. would have been a good experience except the clock in the room had an alarm set for 3am... so my short sleep was interrupted... twice because another alarm went off later. now I know to check every clock for possible alarms... or just unplug .also heard folks above me.
