I also loved how conveniently located it was, with easy access to everything I needed while visiting Cleveland. The complimentary breakfast was perfect and delicious, and it was a great addition to the overall experience. The property and hotel were beautiful in a gorgeous part of town surrounded by museums, cozy coffee shop, and a park-like setting. The hotel breakfast was wonderful. The scrambled eggs, bacon and pastries were perfectly prepared. Convenient location and easy drive to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, concerts, and more. We cannot wait to return and stay again. Highly recommend!

Exceptional breakfast, not like anywhere in the area. Very kind and welcoming staff as well. The atmosphere both in the room and the lobby was great, it was cozy, and the vintage decor surrounding us felt like a nostalgic trip to the 50's. The beds in the room were the softest we've encountered so far, perfect for a stay after a long day of travelling. We would definitely recommend this place and, if blessed with an opportunity, stay here again.

This historic building is a fantastic location to walk to the different museums on Wade Oval, walk to the symphony (always felt safe walking back after dark), checking out the restaurants on Euclid or in Little Italy where it's easier to walk, or just check out Case Western Reserve. Hidden gem with dedicated staff and great breakfast buffet. Stay here!

Loved this well maintained historical hotel. Breakfast was wonderful. We enjoyed the patio as well. Beds were super comfortable which was important for my 82 yr old husband. Mirror in the bathroom was well lit for hair and make up. We came while getting treatment at the Cleveland Clinic which is less than a mile away.

We had a wonderful stay at The Glidden House. The charm and character of this historic hotel really set it apart. While it is an older property, it has been very well maintained and feels warm, elegant, and inviting. The breakfast was good, and the staff were consistently professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was especially perfect for us—it’s just a stone’s throw from the freshman dorms at Case Western Reserve, making it incredibly convenient for move-in day and future visits. If you’re looking for a hotel with history, charm, great service, and an unbeatable location near CWRU, The Glidden House is a great choice. We would definitely stay here again!
