There was a clog of hair sitting in the tub and the toilet wasn’t clean. Overall the bathroom condition made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. As a result I would not return. If it were cleaned properly, the spaciousness, close proximity to the airport and price were all good

Horrible! We had three rooms and each room was nice enough and clean, but that is where the good ends. We had had various maintenance issues. One room had to switch rooms because the sink collapsed into the cabinet, the fan and light above the stove weren’t working, the kitchen sink barely drained and the door lock would stick. Our daughter’s room had her garbage disposal break and sink/dishwasher not work plus her shower stopped working all in the same day. That was fixed, only by the good graces of the maintenance man Nate. The staff was mean and not helpful. The did not care about the issues with the room and it was always a battle to get them to do anything. We also had two packages lost by the front desk that they couldn’t find mysteriously. The property outside was not on the best shape, plus the property is split into different building. It was a several minute walk outside to do laundry. Overall, never again will we stay here

The best thing about this property was the staff. They are really friendly and helpful. The room was okay. Didn't expect much giving the rate. The bed was extremely hard. Not comfortable at all. The room was clean but not very welcoming. Bathroom was bare bones. Shower curtain was beyond due to be retired. Overall I'd say it's a decent room for a night's stay but not much more than that.

Staff were nice. The suite was so dirty: floors were sticky and turned my light colored socks brown, and a drywall screw and drywall dust were on the floor in the bathroom. The floor lamp was plugged into an outlet under the couch that wasn’t working. When we moved the couch to get to the outlet there was so much dust, leaves, and dirt. There were no dishes or silverware in the kitchenette. The fan over the oven couldn’t be turned off. There were three power outlets without covers.
