No breakfast which was disappointing. The rooms are in a circular format with several buildings, one is given a map to find your room. The interior was nice with a large fridge, tv, & mini kitchen.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Burn marks everywhere. Bathroom door wouldn’t close without lifting up the seat. No dishes or anything in the kitchen.

Where do I start? DIRTY!!!! Staff the DID NOT CARE! Manager who told me he could get rid of cigarettes smell with a spray! COME ON! Would not move my room for me even though I said I had allergies to the smoke .... I can't simply say enough how BAD this was

Showing its age, but still pretty good.

I got moved out of the initial room that I had reserved. I like the rooms in the small building much more than the large complex that I got moved to. The property is showing its age. I have been to this property many times over the years, and it feels as if it's in decline. Not sure if Sonesta is going to invest some money to spruce it up, but it sure could use a face lift. Having said that though, it's still pretty clean, and it's convenient to a lot of amenties for the area.

No EV charger but very quiet

Great little hotel, also shared with a local hospital and functioned as the sleep clinic so it was really quiet at night. My only disappointment was that there was no electric car charger, but that's hotel.com's fault, not the facility's.

The only thing I like is the size of the room and maybe the front desk staff. He's nice and professional. This is like a motor hotel, the door is facing the parking lot. The pool is closed and under renovation. The place is old and run down. The furnitures look like they were picked up from a dumpster. Totally NOT like in the pictures. Scratches and stains all over the cabinets and walls. The surrounding area looks shady and neglected. That's why this property is rated 6.6 in Expedia. This is the first time I'm trying a rating lower than 8. I learned my lesson. Good thing we're just staying for one night, just need a place to crash. Never again.
