This is a very nice and very safe place. There are restaurants and bars along the street next to the ROOST. It was a bit confusing getting in at first and finding our way to our room, but that's because of the security of the place. I'd definitely stay here again.

Staff were great - helpful, friendly, and responsible. The room was mostly OK - spacious, quiet, and with good amenities - but with a dated feel. Electronics were frustrating - inconsistently working room/entrance keys and parking codes. The parking garage is awful - very tight spacing, especially when making turns, putting one's car at risk. The area near the hotel is convenient to many places one wants to visit in Cleveland, but the specific area has an overall uncomfortable and unsafe feel, especially in the evening hours.
