The hotel was fantastic. If you are looking to attend an event at Rocket Arena you can't go wrong staying here. There a ton of choices to eat lunch or dinner nearby and you are literally a block away from Rocket Arena. The room was spacious and clean. If I ever travel back to Cleveland to attend an event at Rocket Arena I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We were in a two floor room and it was spacious but it was not well kept. The furniture had stains and the floor did as well. The pull out mattress was awfully dirty and I couldn’t let my children sleep on it. I asked for extra sheets and pillows and they just gave us sheets. The hallways were dirty and the lighting in the room had bugs in it. I would definitely not stay here again despite the very sweet staff and good location.
