Room not clean. Only 1 washcloth and no hand towels for 2 people. No shampoo/conditioner, only 2 tiny bars of soap. Dresser missing a drawer. Original plastic wrap still on mini fridge and was peeling bad. No hangers to hang up coats. Bottom interior side of bathroom door bubbling/rolling up. Bathroom vent coated in dust/dirt. On the positive side: Front desk staff very nice and friendly. Location good (near interstate, restaurants). Beds were fairly comfortable.

Advertise breakfast included but there was coffee only. The room had no cups, tissues or hand towels in the bathroom, was missing light bulbs in the desk lamp and had loose veneer of the desk and the bathroom door. The bed was comfortable, the shower had decent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The sink faucet was barely functional.

Won't stay here again

Although the check-in was okay, the room was a huge disappointment. It smelled like damp cat. The carpet felt dirty. The cable is limited. Why does the toilet sit so close to the floor? I felt like my knees were at my chin it was so low. Other than two small bars of soap, there were no amenities, and no hand towels - only 2 bath towels and one washcloth. The only redeeming thing was that the mattresses were a good firmness for us. Other than that, no thanks. We've stayed at Red Roofs before that were somewhat better than this, but are now crossing them off our list.
